Tesla is accomplishing that now.
The Teslas are all connected to the AI world wide. The computer in the vehicle has been extracted and implanted into an Optimus robot that is also connected.
The same computer has been given a phone ap and is the Tesla Pi phone. The Tesla Cybercab is autonomous self driving and is connected to the AI and learns what all Cyber Cabs learn
