Her story, once dressed as a crusade against elite corruption, has revealed itself as the ascent of a self-serving charlatan whose loyalties shifted the moment her ambitions stalled.
What followed was not principled dissent. It was a strategic rebellion from someone who realized that Trump’s second term would not revolve around her.
One truth stands out: this rift was inevitable. Trump’s disavowal does not fracture populism; it fortifies it. Movements rooted in loyalty, discipline, and authentic concern for working people cannot depend on performers who mistake attention for integrity.

We deal with our rogue elements within the party. The democrats stuck with Jones the Atty. General that wanted to kill children. Didn’t affect them as they know they’ve got nothing to fall back on. Could they picture a President Gore over the proper use of a cigar?
Women politicians of either side just don’t seem to be able to control themselves; once they get a taste of power and influence it goes to their heads, and they don’t know when to stop.
MTG is the right’s version of AOC. Both are nutty attention seekers.
you nailed it. Those women that get into politics ALL have a chip on their shoulder.
Trump has “disavowed any knowledge of her actions. Good luck Donald.”
“...the ascent of a self-serving charlatan whose loyalties shifted the moment her ambitions stalled.”
A clear cut case, when Trump refused to endorse her future senatorial run, of “hell hath no fury like a woman scorned” along with a little “the lady doth protest too much.”
She disavowed him. Or is that not possible?
They both didn't personally get what they wanted after a Trump election so they go off.
MTG did appear to be a woman who looked for opportunity. She moved to Rome, Ga. To find the easiest path to get elected. That said, she was exactly what the Rome, Ga. Audience wanted. She bucked the Trump Express Train. Trump had a talk with her and after the conversation she became more tame. Make no mistake; MTG is a woman of self-aggrandizement. Rome, Ga. Is where she needs to stay. That is where her votes are.
What say The View about this?

I heard on a podcast last night that MTG’s net worth was $700K when she arrived in Congress in 2021 and her net worth in 2025 is between $22-25 Million.
Nancy Mace is cut from the same mold. After riding Trump’s coat tail to victory in 2020 she stabbed Trump in the back after J6. Then she went on a Crocket like media campaign showing up on every show possible. She appeared so often on Fox & Friends that the producers must have had her on speed dial. Then she stabbed the Republican speaker of the house in the back for no apparent reason. Then she took to the floor to air dirty laundry about her fatal attraction for her ex boyfriend who dumped her. Then voila, Trump survives lawfare and she jumps back on his coat tails again in 2024. Now she campaigning for governor of SC. She is a complete whack job.
This tidbit from the article is worth highlighting.
“Beneath all of it lay a fact more revealing than any speech: Greene’s wealth exploded. Her net worth grew from about $700,000 in 2021 to roughly $22 million by mid-2025. Her portfolio beat most of Congress. She made timed investments in Apple and NVIDIA ahead of major rallies. She acquired Palantir shares days before the company secured a government contract overseen by a committee she influenced.”

There are 535 Swamp critters in the Swamp Legislative Branch.
She’s figured out the wretched hive of scum and villainy is a great place to live as one of the few and the proud ...
Tulsi seems to be okay.
It’s temperament. Some have it. In politics everyone needs it.
If she had one, I’d say MTG has stepped on her weeny.
