But one of the things talked about is that Venezuela’s government under Hugo Chavez created Cartel del Sol and gave them authority over the other cartels, aided by all the oil money and by China, Cuba, and Serbia. Using engineers from Venezuela, China, and Iran, they created software that would steal elections without leaving tracks. They first used it to keep Chavez in office and then through a series of sales transactions got the software into a small election systems company called Dominion, then got Dominion to be used in critical states in the US. USAID money was used to also get Dominion into foreign countries where elections are stolen according to the wishes of the cabal. They are able to do this because they use money from cartels’ human and drug trafficking to bribe critical officials in these various countries. The human trafficking also destabilizes countries, and it’s directed by world communists and their aligned nations and groups.
The same whistleblowers who knew about the election thefts also gave information about Venezuela directing all the cartels and about Chavez and then Maduro training what we call Tren de Aragua as a militia to be sent into the US to further destabilize things.
The head of the snake is world communism but they are working through Venezuela to commandeer the cartels for their purposes of destroying freedom all over the world, but seen most easily in the US.
