A Florida 15-year-old was caught brazenly slamming a metal shovel onto the hood of a police cruiser with an officer inside, leading to the teen girl being charged with a felony.
Amy Chance was arrested in a suburban neighborhood of Port St. Lucie on Nov. 3 after an officer arrived to investigate a disturbance at her family home caused by the teen, authorities wrote in a press release.
Bodycam footage released by the Port St. Lucie Police Department shows the shovel-wielding teen in the middle of the street and approaching the officer as he was sitting in his patrol car.
She is seen striking the vehicle multiple times, without appearing to have had any prior interaction with the cop.

That is not a poor neighborhood. The article points out the family had a disturbance. I would bet, single mom. Add in school with no discipline and teaching socialism and she as a victim of white privilege.

I’ll take the other side. Parent(s) had a battle with a teen who could not deal with boundaries or discipline. Teen, who has gone to public school where there is no discipline and everyone gets an A, responds in kind with an out of control temper tantrum. Must have been a beauty if someone called the police, probably at least one physical action or threat to the family. Assuming these to be the facts, the parent(s) will have to pay the fix up costs and court costs too.
