I couldnt get insurance before Obamacare because of Sleep Apnea. That’s right. I was repeatedly turned down.

Thank goodness for Obamacare when i went through my ovarian cancer scare when Doctors were convinced I had ovarian cancer.

So exactly what is suppose to happen to those that dont work for anyone else and don’t have a company that has at least two people and who make too much money to be on medicaid?

The point(the goal) is to get health costs to fall because the U.S. hasn’t had capitalism in healthcare for over a century. That’s what HSAs would re-establish: capitalism.

Your sleep apnea claims would be less likely to be rejected in a cost-reduced (capitalist) scenario. That’s the ever defeating problem: The higher costs go, the more things get rejected. The more things get rejected, the higher costs go.

The reality is that employer-based systems delivered to us from the progressives almost a century ago suffers from the same flaw that the communist medicine hammock suffers from. We’ve run out of “other people’s money”. It just took longer to get here - and OBamcare only accelerated the process of running out.

I’m thankful you had other people’s money you could leverage when you needed it most for your sleep apnea and cancer scare. But is that really what you always want? Are you really going to run around and tell the world how proud you were that you had other people’s money?

When you needed my money, where was my opportunity to consent to you receiving my money? I would have consented, so that it is said.

But I never had consent or non-consent to begin with with respect to the money you needed. It was simply strong-arm taken. Consent is the one single thing at this point that separates Bernie’s Medicare For All universal healthcare and employer-based. I consented to join my company and go to work.

At the end of the day a society based on a non-consensual basis is not a society anybody wants to willingly live in.

So was your insurance cancelled when you were diagnosed with Sleep Apnea or did you not have any insurance when you were first diagnosed?

if they make too much money, they should be able to afford it, especially after you get rid of insurance which is what makes prices so high to begin with.

If everyone only paid out of their pocket what they could afford to, healthcare would be a fraction of the cost it is today because of insurance and government driving up the costs. There is no free market pressure on healthcare
