Why doesn’t he just wave his hands and order the FAA to fund air traffic controllers?

These judges are generating headlines to cast Trump in a very unfavorable light. They are making it sound like Trump is intentionally starving children.

So the executive branch cannot spend, but the judicial branch does? Congress would, but there is no bill out of congress to spend anything on anything.
I now judges are extremely wise and versed in such things, so I am just axing what I may have missed?

The judge ought to order the US Senate to pass the CR. The Legislative Branch has to do what the Judicial Branch tells it to do, right?

Why didn’t the judge just order Democrats to pass the clean CR so everyone gets paid?

Over the course of our history, the Supreme Court has elaborated on the separation-of-powers doctrine in several cases addressing the three branches of government. At times, the Court has determined that one branch’s actions have infringed upon the core functions of another.

So much for the US Constitution and Congress having the “Power of The Purse”
We now see that that power is in the hands of unelected political hacks sitting as judges.
