The company CEO who is, strangely enough, also Indian wants more "diversity".

You mean like this guy?
Mr. Kapur is now the CEO of a major American aerospace company which has significant military contracts like providing engines for Predator UAVs, avionics for military aircraft, engines for M1 Abrams, etc.
He has publicly said he wants more "diversity"...meaning more of his countrymen. Lots of them work there now under nonsense claims of "no available Americans".
