The vast majority of people that are homeless are homeless for a reason such as something wrong upstairs. We would never take in a homeless person due to the mental issues that made him homeless. Not even a veteran. Anyone doing so is taking in a person with many unknown factors that could lead to being stolen blind, raped or killed, not to mention the hygiene factor.
All perpetually homeless are either mentally ill or addicted to drugs that cannot be consumed in shelters. One or the other.
Exactly right.
The percentage of homeless people who are homeless because Dad died in a plane crash, or Mom’s cancer treatment forced them into bankruptcy, or a fire destroyed the factory and now they can’t find a job — those tragic situations probably account for less than 5% of all homeless. Bad luck can happen and can destroy lives. But it’s really not that common. Bad luck isn’t the big cause of homelessness.
It’s mental illness and drug addiction. They need to be housed in institutions (prison or mental hospital). They shouldn’t be given a choice. Get them off the street and warehouse them one way or another.
Its unfortunately true.
The Homeless need professional help, letting them live like feral animals is cruel.
But leftists use them to keep communities in constant chaos and panic for political gain.
