TEVA is an Indian company and was involved in a large Valsartan recall four years ago. That recall was for the same contamination. This is what happens when the US is dependent on India and China for our generic drugs.

Nitrosamines. You have to be exposed over time. Not a one off or short term exposure to potentially get cancer. You would probably be hit by lightning, then get cancer.
