I once got FREE gasoline at Murphy's which is the Walmart gas station. I could tell everybody how to do it but it would do them NO good since that deal can no longer be done. I did that back in the summer of 2012 when I not only got FREE gasoline at Murphy's but also FREE food at Walmart.
It was such a good deal that the first time I did it to get FREE gasoline I noticed a police helicopter overhead as I was pumping the FREE gasoline and PANICKED thinking they were about to arrest me but the police helicopter was only momentarily over me as it continued on to some other location.
Fast food is crap, eat decent food.
Don't worry. If I ANALYZE it long enough I think I would be able to figure out that deal. That's how I got the FREE gasoline at Walmart. I was OBSESSED to get FREE gasoline and after analyzine it for a long time I finally figured it out. Unfortunately the window of opportunity to do that deal only existed during the summer of 2012.
I don’t feel the need for such apps.
Or that offer good or decent food?
' See above. Einstein Bros bagels & nova lox sandwiches.
LOL! I also have the (useless) Culver app. Anyway, when I just now checked my email they sent me their latest “deal.” No, no discounts on their incredibly overpriced food. All I got was their November forecasts as to the flavor of the days on their frozen custard.
LOL
You increase the minimum wage to $20/hr this is what you get.
Anyway, when we eat for free at Pei Wei and SmashBurger, we’re out the same money as any other schlub because the free food tab enables us to tip the staff the full amount of the would-be tab, so they’re all-smiles whenever they see us walk in. True story; not a joke.
There’s a BK in the airport in Maui. The “Whopper value meal” is $23.
I don’t do apps for restaurants, but Chili’s has a good deal on a full hamburger lunch. Don’t know if it applies to weekends.
I think the best deal I have seen for chains is IHOP $6 meal. Two pancakes, two eggs, two sausage/bacon, $6.
Ham & cheese omelette with two pancakes for $6.
Coffee (whole carafe) is over $3, so just get water. You should tip there. Still a good deal.
relarely = rarely
TOO MANY FAST FOOD PLACES ARE UP TO AS MUCH AS $22 AN HOUR.
MAMDANI WANTS MINIMUM WAGE OF $30 AN HOUR.
Groupon used to have great deals but not only are there now FEWER restaurant deals but the ones they do still have are not really good deals at all. Two of the ones that no longer appear on my local Groupons are the Chow One Korean Steakhouse and the RGS Brazilian Rodizio steakhouse. Both are buffets. Now no longer available on Groupon. I remember one time about 3 years ago when Groupon on TOP of their regular discount offered 50% off on all restaurant discounts. Normally the full price at the RGS Brazilian steakhouse is about $84 for two adults. When the regular discount would drop to about $60 or less I would buy those Groupons. HOWEVER, when they knocked 50% off the already discounted price which was then about $58 I grabbed it not quite believing they would actually impose that 50% discount but they DID and the dinner for both of us came to an astoundingly low $29 total. Of course, with drinks (cerveza) and tip added in it came out higher but even then an AMAZING discount from the normal price.

Just like LED bulbs and energy efficient appliances. They promised long life and low energy use. Instead we got higher electricity cost, and short appliance life.
Not only that but there is something about LED lighting that affects the mood in a very adverse manner. I put LED lighting in my kitchen and soon discovered that I became incredibly depressed whenever I did any cooking. I finally figured out that the cause of my kitchen depression was the lighting so I switched back to normal lights and IMMEDIATELY felt much better in the kitchen.
LED lighting makes you feel like you are in a laboratory.
And pay FULL PRICE? Nope! And I don't care if they do track me. It's a "price" I'm willing to pay.
