Representative Jimmy Panetta, along with Congress members Ami Bera, Salud Carbajal, and Julie Johnson, wrote to the President expressing concern over the September 19 proclamation titled “Restriction on Entry of Certain Nonimmigrant Workers," as reported by PTI.

“Indian nationals, who make up the largest share of H-1B recipients, are central to US leadership in information technology and artificial intelligence,” they noted, adding that many successful American companies were founded or led by former H-1B holders.

The lawmakers also stressed that a robust visa framework strengthens national security and supports the US-India partnership. “Indian-Americans and other H-1B holders also comprise a thriving constituency in each of our districts, enhancing our local economies, contributing to our academic and civic institutions, and strengthening our communities,” they said.

Bye bye. Don’t bring your ridiculous caste system over here. Get lost.
At some point these traitors will have to pay….
In before Gump!
Three California and one Texas representative…all Democrats.
Not that there isn’t some GOP that align with them, but they’re all selling out American citizens, albeit for different purposes. Those purposes range from cheap labor to eliminating American exceptionalism and sovereignty.
If they not pimping for India, they’re pimping for Mexico.
India ties?
Our young people are primary. They have almost no voice. Enough.
I just checked into a hotel. The most likable, friendly fella from India checked me in. Then there are those, somewhat older, who are very standoffish.
Let me just say that there are too many of them here for a reason. Proper vetting is not in the cards. Being the bad guy and deporting all the illegals will be too big of a job.
Nope! Keep the fee in place and slap a similar fee on OPT work visas. We need those people to go back to their own countries too.
You’re right. Many young Americans don’t major in computer science because they won’t get hired. Not because of what they know or don’t know, but because of who they are.
Ah, I see. Four communist socialist multi-culti-loving no-names in the House wrote a letter to the President.
Big f'n deal.
So that gets translated into "US Lawmakers urge Trump"---- which headline implies Trump is "lawless" and makes the writers of the letter sound like there's a hundred or more pro-India U.S. Reps screaming from the rafters of the House while in session.
These articles are such incredible bullsh*t. Designed to snag low information voters who only scan headlines. There should be a special holding cell at GTMO for the America-hating journos who write them.
Local apartment complexes are Indian ghettos. The city of Coppell is nearly completely built out, housing prices are too high to accommodate families with children. As a result, student enrollment has declined slightly, forcing the school district to consider closing schools for budgetary reasons.
Limitations on H-1Bs will temporarily shake the real estate market for cities like Coppell and Frisco. IMO, that correction will be temporary as North Texas adds 100K+ residents annually.
Jobs are becoming scarce in America. Lets put Americans first. Send the foreigners home. We don’t need Joe Pedo’s 20 million toilet bowl scrubbers and Greasy Newscum’s Weed Farmers.
100k too low. Should be 250k and apply to renewals as well.
Gump, go h**p someone else’s leg,
