Good! Finally!
The IRS was once a Tax Collection agency, but more and more within the last 25 years the Ds and Rs have used refundable tax credits to turn it into wealth redistribution agency. That has not stopped but at least the money will not be going to non citizens. (Of course, this is all in theory. The nazi’s in black robes have yet to weigh in...)
