In before “It’s the owners, not the breed!”?Let's just say that on my local news daily adopt a pet segment the pet is always described as a "Pit Mix". The owners don't get them fixed and they wonder around and make Pit Mix babies. That's on the owners. The Dogs do what dogs do.

If it’s the owners, then charges should be filed against the owners. If does harms anybody , put down the dog(s)....owners spend a few years in the slammer..owner pays all costs of the injured.
I think many bully dog owners would think very hard about keeping such powerful dogs.
Better to have a yappy dog and a 357 magnum.
