I don’t follow this election closely. I’d like to hear the arguments supporting Mamdani.
My simplistic opinion is that there are a lot of New Yorkers that believe the current government is not working for them and they’re ready to try something different. They at least somewhat believe that Mamdani’s ideas will make things better.
