A little surprised at the demographics at Woodrow Wilson. Not by the 64% Hispanic number, but by how few Blacks are there- 7.6%, and how many whites 23.6%.

As expected, the white percentage goes up as the Blacks get old enough to drop out.

Percentage 10th grade/12th grade:

White 23%/27%
Black 9.5%/6%
Hispanic 6.2%/6.5%

Hispanic 62%/64%

East Dallas is gentrifying with urban pioneers, but there’s still a lot of Spanish spoken there.
