if this is the kind of stupid stuff that would be posted here.
I’ve converted a lot of mp4 to GIF, but always wind up with them being way too big for image hosting services. I’ve tried shrinking the GIF, encoding at slower rate, but usually get files too big for imgbb and catbox.

I took two EE classes at Mizzou in 1971 or 1972. We called the Indian instructors “camel jockeys” even back then!

The only thing that upsets me about this while deal is that Indian people are singled out.

I have not been “all over the world” but I’ve been in enough places for enough time to realize that everyone is a terrible piece of shit. except, by and large, Americans.
I’ve watched eastern bloc sh!tbags tear pieces from ancient artifacts. I’ve watched South Africans turn over a restaurant. I’ve seen Chinese people destroy delis. I’ve watched as French people trash streets. The list goes on. Believe me, that list GOES ON.
Around the world I see only varying degrees of disrespect. In America, however, I’ve seen solemn regard for memorials, statues and any loss of life.
It’s not just Indians on the road that are the problem. It’s Romanians, Chinese, Thai, Filipinos, and even northern slavs. Russians, you name it.
This is primarily because around the world - Americans make people VERY uncomfortable. The idea that we are the only ones (yeah, not the only but you get my point) who have access to self defense makes that happen.
I was appalled and insulted while watching Ewan MacGregors “long way round” that they were so terrified of riding motorcycles through America that they actually had a travel consultant talk to them about how to maintain your cool being exposed to possible open gun displays.
How utterly ridiculous. But you bet your hippy even when traveling through English-speaking Europe that I had many encounters where people were immediately fixated on my maybe ability to have a gun. The idea was alien to them. My daily life terrified them.
So let’s not focus on just how ignorant, disrespectful and conniving and overall terrifying Indian nationals are. Don’t lose sight that within this we get to preserve the civility and congenial manners that only a free person can possess.
At the start of my journey to my EE degree I took Calc 2 during summer term. No AC in the room and the instructor walks in. He was a camel jockey wearing sandals, baggy tan cargo shorts, and a white wife beater t-shirt. He mumbled something, turned to the chalk board, then started to try to teach us centers of mass while not really speaking English and ignoring our questions.
I was able to transfer to another class but it did make my daily class schedule harder.
