You should be criminally charged for refusing to support the U.S. Constitution that you swore to in your oath of office, and your failure to support the immigration laws of the United States. Your State belongs to a Republic and Union of states. You are not a sovereign state or nation. Your state receives Federal Funds. You are bound by that Republic, and the established laws of that Republic. You don’t get to pick and choose what laws you want to enforce. You are bound to enforce each and every one as part of that Republic.

Impeached, at least. Not sure how Illinois code reads in regard to the Oath and qualifications, but the U.S. Constitution promises domestic Tranquility. Pritzker does not take his Oath seriously.
