SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCIV) — Crowds of people in Summerville have begun the first of two 'No Kings' demonstrations in the Charleston area Saturday.
The "No Kings" movement says "millions" will gather around the US on Saturday. The planned protests come amidst an ongoing government shutdown threatening federal workers and services, Immigration and Customs Enforcement operations in Portland, and the Trump administration's flirtations with invoking the Insurrection Act to quash dissent.
How clever they all are! Virtue signaling for one another.
