The rest are Indian green card holders and adult anchor babies.

the company had around 11,000 employees on H-1B visas as part of its roughly 32,000 workforce in the U.S

Political talker Dick Morris told Newsmax last year, “The H-1B program has been rife with corruption ever since it started under Clinton. Alejandro Mayorkas, then head of the Clinton immigration service, was literally working with Hillary’s brother to get H-1B visas issued for a Chinese company that was producing weapons of mass destruction.”

yahoo.com——While Republican lawmakers on key committees now express some openness to reform, they’re wary of moving too fast and getting crosswise with a GOP base eager for a border crackdown.

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), chair of the House Judiciary Committee, w/ jurisdiction over immigration policy, said winning the AI race “includes Americans who went to school and got the same degree” as STEM immigrants.

But Jordan, a longtime admirer of Musk, said he’s happy to work with the tech billionaire on the issue — after the border is locked down.

“President Trump and Mr. Musk, if they’re open to other things, we’ll look at those,” Jordan told reporters. “But we got to secure the border first. That’s where the country’s at. The sequence matters a lot.”

breitbart.com——The wage data confirms accusations that the H-1B visa program is used across several industries to cut labor costs for companies while crowding American professionals out of jobs that would otherwise go to them.

About a year ago, laid-off American professionals — who say they were replaced with Indian H-1B visa workers — scored a $4.65 million settlement against Indian outsourcing firm Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI).

How to admit you were using H1Bs to hire cheap labor without admitting you were using H1B’s to hire cheap labor

Krithivasan told the Times of India that the company would “continue to hire more locally,”

"But only people of Indian ancestry and the proper caste", is the part left out of that quote.

White people, Christians, and Jews need not apply.

The Tata and Wipro agencies should be gone.

And they regularly move on to green cards and then citizenship. So not upping the number means they can keeping pulling new H-1Bs into the pipeline at roughly their current rate.

Given their history I wonder how many non Indian citizens will actually bother applying for any of their advertised jobs.

These tech companies are just paying lip service. They are going to just wait Trump out. As soon as a Rat is in power, the H1B program will be restored (without the 100000 fee) and millions more will be allowed to take American jobs. The democrat party leadership truly hates American citizens.

Major H-1B Visa Sponsor Will Not Hire a Single H-1B Applicant Going Forward

The H1B program has ALWAYS been merely a way to keep IT salaries low. I worked with hundreds of H1Bs and only a couple of them were more knowledgeable or skilled than the average American. Most had only rudimentary skills, and some lacked basic English language skill.

Indian based tech company CEO decides the U.S. now has enough Indian immigrants that his company does not need to import any more with the H1B visa.

READ what he says!

“Tata Consultancy Services’ CEO K Krithivasan said that the Indian tech company would reduce the number of H-1B visa holders in its U.S. offices.”

So, the OFFICE STAFF won’t be H-1B holders, but all the people they place with companies OUTSIDE the office still will be.

Word games!

Very rarely told are the stories about real Americans - a lot of them - who have lost their jobs, replaced by H-1b visas - some of whom, as President Trump pointed out in 2016, had to train their foreign replacement as a condition of receiving a severance package:

"I remain totally committed to ending rampant, widespread H-1b abuse and ending outrageous practices such as those that occurred at Disney in Florida where Americans were force to train their foreign replacement."

- Donald Trump, 2016
