Will there be some kind of kill switch if the bot goes wacko?

Trump should use this in trade negotiations with China. “Xi it’s sad, so sad, that you have a yuge shortage of marriage aged women...”

All that tech and it still can’t serve a drink properly? It puts possibly dirty fingers on the rim of the glass where the customer puts lips rather than properly grabbing it by the base.

How strong are they? Can they strangle you in your sleep?
Are they connected to the internet? Dangerous if yes
Can they operate a computer keyboard or cell phone?
Otherwise, pretty cool.

It would be nice if the Dr. Frankensteins behind this could confirm the following are hard wired into the operating system, and that there's a safe word "kill switch" included as standard.
1. A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.
Azimov was a genius, but I'd consider Murphy's Law as precedent and his Robotic Laws 2 and 3 as optional.

There is a great Russian series about this issue called
BETTER THAN US

And most of us thought Seri and Alexis spying on us was bad.
Can’t begin to imagine what nefarious programming will be secretly built into our robots.

A lot of this-house-specific programming that had to be done post-delivery on a unit that had to be programmed to learn the specifics of that house. “Out-of-the-box” it could not walk into any house and automatically do specific tasks - unless the homeowner is lying in bed running a remote control connection for guiding all the detailed specific tasks.
