The Latin has very little to do with the traditional Mass. The Ordinariate Mass, for example, is pretty much the TLM but using English Anglican texts.

The Novus Ordo changed much more than just the language of the Mass. It’s no coincidence that TLM communities are flourishing while the NO church is dying in many places across the formerly Catholic world.

The Novus Ordo changed much more than just the language of the Mass.

All you have to do is look at how many parishes and cathedrals became uglified in the wake of Vatican II to see this. One example is St. Turibius Chapel (which has fortunately undergone a restoration to bring it back to something akin to where it was before the "renovation"):
