The GOP needs to go scorched earth on the democrats. The democrats have certainly used the courts to their advantage for decades.

We need to play for keeps in all the legal battles and take full advantage with every legal win.

We should pass a law redefining “minority” for any governmental anything.

There will be several groups of minorities, each with varying amounts of rights and responsibilities.

The majority is defined as “citizen”, including natural-born (only American citizenship), a partial-born (any dual status inherited from parents), and naturalized. With minorities consisting of green cards, visitors, illegals, diplomats, etc etc.

Non-citizens have always been counted. It’s the illegals that shouldn’t be counted.

If I recall, Goetz turned himself in. In 2025, there are cameras in every bus and train car. Not that it does anything to prevent crime, but a modern day vigilante would be recorded on camera. If he had a cell phone, that would be used to determine his whereabouts at the time and identify him. While some violent criminal, especially one who is not white and in a blue city, will not be pursued vigorously, a vigilante or even just a person who acted in self-defense, particularly if he is white, will be tracked down quickly and have the book thrown at him, figuratively speaking.
