For some reason I do not believe such actions were taken by the FJB team or his autopen ... he actually was helping more Venezuelans (including gang members) get temporary immigration status in the US. Trump campaigned on going after the cartels using military action. FJB or the border czarina Kamel would have stepped up to the microphone and neutralized his position on the issue if they were doing that.
