In the vid she claimed that she was waiting for her daughter who was apparently seated in the back of the plane, complaining that the bottlenecked passengers weren't letting her daughter through.
I'm guessing the poor daughter was in the back of the plane away from her mother for a reason...

FTA- They were both seated in the back. The kind, caring, considerate mother barged her way through the plane as soon as it stopped. Her daughter was unable to follow- or too polite to be an ahole.
No wonder the people didn’t gratefully step aside and allow the daughter to pass. The mother probably “hip checked them into the boards” as she bulldozed her way forward.
