That said, companies abuse the system for decades to replace Americans with cheap compliant foreign labor and that should never have been allowed.
Just the type of people we need to import into America
All of them need to be deported back to India and then they can clean up the Ganges river after they get back.

Right there is the problem. They should NEVER be in that position of power. They bring their filthy caste system with them over to America. Get them OUT!
Indians who pray to go to America visit “visa temples,” which are Hindu temples, often dedicated to the deity Hanuman, that are believed to help with visa applications. The Designated Defecation streets are really getting a workout lately.

My suggested H-1B system:
1. replace the existing system with a salary-based, monthly in 2025 and weekly thereafter, auction system

A subsequent employer of a person would have to have a subsequent winning bid for the person.
Allowing an imported person to find a better employer would discourage employer abuse of imported employees.
The previous employer would have a qualified (subject to then current law) right to import an eligible replacement person at the bid salary or higher if the person left within one year of auction close.
My suggested H-1B system: Shut it down and replace the deported Indians with Americans.
They must have all ended up here in Frisco. They have a huge Hindu temple just down the road from my house.

We have plenty of talent right here in America to fill those jobs.

A black woman I knew once said she would not retire until she could ensure her job was filled with a black person.
DW out of Germany has several videos about how every country Indians go to now hate Indians with a passion and want them kicked out. “Why Australians hate Indians” and “Why Canadians hate Indians”, titles like that.
And why do these countries hate Indians? Same reason Americans are turning against them - backstabbing management practices, failure to integrate and instead take over whole communities via government and education - creating “Brown only” neighborhoods and even cities. Plus their rampant construction of massive and very ugly temples where they worship blue elephants - and pushing that throughout communities as soon as they build one.
Indian cultures is a copy paste culture when it comes to work as well. They bring no innovation to tech. They just fake it and let the native’s fix it later. Plus, they are screwing us big time as they take all the C-level positions. Adobe is a good example - their users are in active revolt, fleeing to Figma. Why? Adobe’s indian leadership has buried explosive and expensive clauses deep inside the user agreements all users are forced to adhere to. This includes basically “owning” all created material, feeding it into AI so that they can then “create” and sell versions of it themselves. Plus, the worst, almost impossible to cancel and Adobe user agreement due to MASSIVE penalties. And they may not even tell you until you see a several hundred dollar charge appear on your credit card statement.
Piss poor managers, piss poor neighbors. Who the hell would want anymore invading their country?

Also, their raising their kids to be racists beyond imagination. Our town has been taken over by Indians and they kids roam around in gangs now and yell about how they hate white people, black people, etc.
And they cheat like hell in school.
