Honestly.....I'm sure a lot of what he says is true. Part of the reason they favor Indians is community/ethnic/cultural solidarity. Part of the reason is they know they have them over a barrel in a way that they do not with Americans. Americans will sue....Americans will also quit and go to a better job the second they find one - especially if the boss sucks. H1Bs are basically indentured servants. They can't leave without losing their visa. If the manager is unhappy with them and they get fired, they lose their visa. Those Indian managers have so much more leverage over them.

That said, companies abuse the system for decades to replace Americans with cheap compliant foreign labor and that should never have been allowed.
