I sense a future name change to “Maxwell Cubicle”. Probably not that distant, either.

Most workplaces have already switched to Flavia or Keurig, because no one wants to clean out the coffee pot. Maxwell does not have an in with that. Generic "Donut Shop" pods would be more more popular. Maxwell is consigned, nottoapartments, but to Church coffee and donuts run by women who don't like coffee and as instant coffee in auto repair shop waiting rooms who are too cheap for Keurig.

The Kraft Heinz Company announced that for the First Time in 133 Years, Maxwell House would rebrand as “Maxwell Apartment” for a limited time, to celebrate National Coffee Day (Sept. 29), the brand also offered consumers even more value with a 12-month “lease” of Maxwell Apartment, designed to stock up coffee lovers nationwide.[4]
