Weissman, along with Leslie Caldwell and Matthew Friedrich are crooks masquerading and attorney. They oversaw the destruction of Arthur Andersen by going after the entire firm instead of the accountants who audited ENRON. The case was eventually overturned by the Supreme Court but the damage was done.
Weissman is notorious for violating the Brady rule in criminal cases by intentionally withholding exculpatory evidence from the defense. Every ENRON related case he was involved with was eventually overturned either by a federal court or the Supreme Court. He is also notorious for committing perjury by lying about evidence his team had relating to exonerating the defendant but he kept it in order to win or get a ‘confession’ from the defendant. Despite all of this he has been rewarded for legal failure because he’s a trusted conman for the deep state. He’s pure scumbag.
