The Big Lie Exposed
Note the political lie in this propaganda ad—parroted across social media by Democrats eager to believe anything that fuels their contempt for Trump, his supporters, and the GOP. The half-truth: “Undocumented immigrants are not eligible for Medicaid or subsidies.” Democrats push it as proof of compassion without cost. The truth is starkly different. It’s not omission—it’s deliberate propaganda.
Federal law bars direct funding. The full truth: Democrats’ $1.5 trillion shutdown demand indirectly channels billions. When the other facts are included, it’s a gaslighting lie.
The Hidden Billions
Emergency Medicaid alone drains $6–8 billion a year for acute care like childbirth and dialysis—your taxes paying ER bills for illegals. EMTALA forces hospitals to treat everyone, costing $40–50 billion annually in uncompensated care. Washington backfills $20–25 billion of that through Medicare and Medicaid’s DSH and UPL programs. Together, those backdoor subsidies rival the VA’s entire hospital budget.
The “smaller” programs pile on. School lunches (NSLP: $1.5 billion for non-citizen kids), WIC (~$500 million), and housing vouchers (~$2 billion) push the indirect cost past $150 billion each year. And the gap is widening. NCVS and GAO project a 10–15% spike in uncompensated care from 2024–2025 migrant surges.
Blue states magnify the drain. California’s Medi-Cal now offers full-scope coverage for all undocumented immigrants: $3.8 billion in 2024, rising to $8.5 billion in 2025. New York’s Essential Plan covers 200,000+ undocumented at $3.8 billion a year, while New York City alone burns $1 billion on migrant housing and hotels. Illinois shells out $500 million for migrant healthcare and shelters, plus $300 million for schools and WIC. Los Angeles adds $1.2 billion for ERs and food banks; Philadelphia pours in $200 million.
Over a decade, Heritage pegs the total spillover at $200 billion from restored ACA subsidies and loosened Medicaid rules buried in the Democrats’ shutdown demand.
The Voter Pipeline
The numbers are staggering. America’s non-citizen population is now 51.9 million—11.4 million undocumented, including 565,000 visa overstays in FY 2023 (up from 400,000 the year before). That’s nearly 1 in 6 U.S. residents.
Behind the half-truth lies the strategy. Every expansion of subsidies builds dependency. Every subsidy lays groundwork for amnesty. Every amnesty swells Democratic rolls.
Democrats don’t view them as a cost—they view them as a constituency. The plan is simple: feed them with taxpayer dollars, build dependency, then promise amnesty for votes. It’s not compassion. It’s redistribution by deception—a voter pipeline disguised as healthcare.
The Propaganda Machine
This ad didn’t appear in a vacuum. It came from Lincoln Square, the propaganda mill behind today’s slick anti-Trump hits. Founded in 2022 by ex-ABC News exec James Goldston and Obama’s chief of staff Ron Klain, it runs in lockstep with the Lincoln Project—a grift PAC of bitter Never-Trump Republicans like Rick Wilson.
Together they pump out “pro-democracy” content—viral videos, podcasts, Substack rants—bankrolled by megadonors. Soros’s Open Society funneled $8M+ through Lincoln Project ties. Hedge funder Stephen Mandel added $1M. Hollywood elites David Geffen and Jeffrey Katzenberg chipped in $400k+.
It’s no independent voice. Lincoln Square is a $90M+ machine (2020–2024) weaponizing fear of “autocracy” to juice Democratic donors, split GOP votes, and enrich insiders. A third of the haul went straight to vendors tied to its founders—$664k alone to Wilson’s Intrepid Media.
Classic propaganda: viral lies dressed as truth, all to keep the blue voter pipeline flowing.
The Party of Deception
The Lincoln Square ad claims Democrats aren’t giving healthcare to illegals. The reality: they’re already funding it indirectly—$150+ billion a year—and pushing for $200 billion more over the next decade through restored subsidies and state expansions.
This is the hoax: taxpayers are told the system blocks benefits, when in reality they are forced to finance them through emergency channels, federal reimbursements, and state expansions. Democrats bury the cost, sell the half-truth, and cash the political dividend.
They are the party of hoaxes and deception—gaslighting citizens with carefully crafted lies. From “no benefits for illegals” to the “white supremacist threat,” the pattern is the same: manufacture myths, weaponize them, and use them to entrench power. It’s redistribution by stealth, one step closer to their desired permanent one-party rule—socialism imposed, one lie at a time.

Said he wanted to give the judge a chance to either make it right or to arrest him and make it a really big story
The judge picked up the phone, terminated the jury and called the prosecutor to his office
A few days later, uncle got a hand written note of apology from the DA
