This also indicts the State of Pennsylvania.

Thanks to a child molesting football coach, PA is the only state that requires a separate background check to work in any capacity near children. I guess it would be ok if the system worked but it’s costly did ponderous.

And apparently ineffective if it allows an illegal to become a school superintendent.

Why do the good citizens waste their time and comply?
