The daughter of Hollywood bigwigs Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner delivered a speech to the United Nations about the importance of mask mandates in preventing the surge of COVID-19 — five years after the disease shut down the world.
Violet Affleck, 19, made her emotional plea while wearing a KN95 mask as part of the “Healthy Indoor Air: A Global Call to Action” at the UN Headquarters in New York on Tuesday.
The Yale University freshman, who contracted a post-viral condition in 2019, lectured world leaders about how the world is ignoring the “ongoing pandemic” and claimed mask mandates were dropped too quickly. Violet also criticized the “adults” for their “relentless beat of ‘back to normal’” — claiming that they’re “ignoring, downplaying, and concealing both the prevalence of airborne transmission and the threat of Long Covid manifested in a series of choices.” “We are told by leaders across the board that we are the future,” Violet said. “But, when it comes to the ongoing pandemic, our present is being stolen right in front of our eyes.

When did these two become experts? Frankly, I don’t give a rat’s ass what most of Hollywood thinks about anything, and they sure as hell don’t have the credentials to tell anyone anything. It’s already been proven that masks don’t work, so why are they trying it again? They are about as effective as a “No Peeing Zone” sign in a public swimming pool.

The shoulders and the mask makes me think she/he is. But where does she get off telling the world to wear a mask because he/she is a germaphobe. This women needs a psychiatrist. And someone needs to explain that she/he is a wack job and not a person who should tell anyone what to do.
I like the fact that the left is encouraging wearing masks. Now we know who the libs are.

I don’t think so. The article has two more pictures of her when she’s dolled up. She’s not ugly, but she doesn’t make my heart go pitter-patter either. Big ears, small head, still sorta cute in a weird way. I wouldn’t say no, unless she turned out to be crazy, which she apparently is. (Google “hot/crazy matrix” if you haven’t already seen it.)
