When I learned that I knew that the EU would not last and this was not even a serious attempt at a "united Europe".

When I was in Germany way back in 1988 you were only allowed to wash your car at approved car washes where the water runoff is captured.

I remember a story about (don't quote me on the details) an English company being fined for producing the wrong COLOR sausage.
Supposedly that color was assigned to another country.
As far as I'm concerned, they should only be worrying about whether it's edible. Otherwise, if they want to make it plaid, that's there business.
