It looks like the mall where they shot that cinematic jewel, “ Mannequin”. Right up there with Citizen Kane, and The Seventh Seal.

San Francisco Centre opened in 1988. “Mannequin” was released in 1987. The mall scenes were filmed in Pennsylvania (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mannequin_(1987_film))
