The government doesn't get to police speech, whether it's hateful or not. First amendment is perfectly clear.

Of course any organization or company can have its own rules about appropriate words and actions on the part of its members or employees. And the military certainly has rules about appropriate conduct and speech among its members.

But the government going after citizens? No f'n way, sorry Bondi, that won't fly. That's not what I voted for.

100% agree. Blondi needs to cut that out. An employer can let someone go, but you can’t prosecute people for speech.
