For those who didn't see, the cartoon in question shows the tent Charlie Kirk was in (including the "Prove me wrong" banner) and an empty office chair with a big blood stain on the wall behind it. That's it.

I am not sure what point they are making. Gloating that they sure proved him wrong? Trying to evoke sadness at the image of the empty chair with the blood that proves him right? It's like, why even do this? What good could possibly come of it?
