Chesterfield County Public Schools has announced the resignation of school board member Dorothy Heffron after a controversial social media post made in the aftermath of Charlie Kirk’s murder.
The resignation letter was shared with 8News by Heffron and was announced by the county on Sunday, Sept. 14.
Heffron’s resignation comes on the heels of her social media post, which said, “Call me old-fashioned, but I remember when we used to be okay with shooting Nazis.”

The problem with her is not her looks, it is her hateful ideology.

Surely you aren’t one of those kooks who thinks they can be charmed into kumbaya hugs with us if we make sure to stay positive about them? If we “tone it down” they will decide not to murder, beat, rape, kill, burn and dox us anymore?
I used to wonder why in God’s name those Jews showed up with suitcases and got on the train. I no longer wonder. They thought if they cooperated and kept the rhetoric down, things would be ok.
