Look at the last week or two: trans nut shoots up a church full of kids, then a career criminal stabs a ukrainian war refugee for no reason on a train after being released multiple times for other crimes, then Charlie Kirk is killed in the most gruseome way (don't watch if you haven't - I can't get it out of my mind and it enrages and traumatizes me). It's like the dem plan of memory holing all their violent extremism is breaking down because there are too many, too close together, too indefensible all at once. People just can't forget them all, the cumulative effect is devestating.
Well, eventually the dems made people kind of forget 9/11 so it's not impossible but it's pretty tough.
