Tyler Robinson’s ultimate fate will be determined by Kirk’s widow. If she in the Christian tradition “forgives and prays for him” and given the fact his father persuaded him to surrender, he just might avoid the death penalty.

That will have relevance, but the prosecutor represents the government, not the victim’s survivors. Sounds like Mr. Robinson will be facing capital charges at both the state and federal levels.

Too early to know if father used persuasion or some other method. The son might have just obeyed his father’s order to sit down and go nowhere based on how he was raised given the circumstances.

The son being out in public made him a walking target to be killed on sight.

Personally, I think in a case like this, the death penalty is to easy. Life without parole gives him time to atone & serve his punishment.

Let's hope not. Enough of this touchy-feely horse manure. Did he give a $hit about Charlie's family? He murdered a man in cold blood. Frick forgiveness. That only condones what he did.

He should be put to death by the end of next week. Justice delayed, is Justice denied. The very reason crime is rampant, and the gangs are not deterred, is the system is a joke.

NO-—THE LAWS OF UTAH WILL DETERMINE HIS ENDING.

HE STARTED THE WHOLE SEQUENCE OF EVENTS WITH HIS OWN ACTIONS
