Personally, I think in a case like this, the death penalty is to easy. Life without parole gives him time to atone & serve his punishment.

The problem with anything other than the death penalty is that some future president might pardon the guy.

(Remember Jimmy Carter pardoning the Puerto Rican nationalists who took pot shots inside Congress?...After Carter pardoned them they returned to Puerto Rico to a standing ovation at the airport.)

I have never bought this argument. How often do you hear those sentenced to life without parole asking to be executed? Far, far less often than you hear about those sentenced to execution angling to get life without parole.

Either way, it is one nut off the streets. Too many times the DP is life with them sitting there for 30 and more years. However, the DP was struck down back in the 70s and the first thing some did was murdering again. Hopefully, we’ve learned from that lesson.

You are weak. How much money will it take from YOUR pocket to keep him alive. My pocket? Death is called for, by all that is Holy. As the betrayer of Jesus was hung from a tree and gutted, so should he.

I know, people say he hung himself, but how do you explain his disembowelment? He was a witness to a crime he helped set in motion. Those types often are erased publicly.

The only way he could atone for his dark deed is to bring Charlie back to life.
