200 yards is not a shot a random person with a little bit of practice can just go out and do on the spur of the moment. It takes a good deal more experience than that.
Sorry but 200 yards, even with bad glass or no glass, is not difficult at all.
Looks like the shooter still missed if aiming center mass or head.
