And everyone is assuming it was precise, that he/she/it was aiming at the neck.

Could also have been aiming at center mass and missed by 10 inches and caught the neck by accident.

Exactly. Again, I WILL NOT post as a keyboard warrior, but almost everyone would aim for chest or head. Who the heck aims for the neck?
