Cable networks don’t need FCC licenses, they don’t use the airwaves to broadcast
They are not completely unregulated.
In any case, I think there should be a nationwide boycott against that despicable network’s advertisers, and mass cancellation of cable subscriptions as long as it is still offered. Drive them out of business for their disgusting behavior.
