They are not completely unregulated.
In any case, I think there should be a nationwide boycott against that despicable network’s advertisers, and mass cancellation of cable subscriptions as long as it is still offered. Drive them out of business for their disgusting behavior.
To have any effect all cable subscriptions must be cancelled because of the sharing of carriage fees by all of the networks. This is unlikely due to the addiction to sportsball and other entertainment.
