Yes, you can. I think the solution is called build more and bigger jails. For a jurisdiction bent on preventing crime, it starts with separation of perpetrators from potential victims. Separation through incarceration should be the preeminent purpose of any penal system bent on immediately reducing criminal incidents. It has ALWAYS worked in reducing criminal incidents. The fantasy of institutional rehabilitation has never been real. That has to come from within. And when one comes from a broken culture that promotes and glorifies breaking criminal laws, we’re at a dead end. They have to own up to their cultural flaws and fix their culture first before their members can fix themselves. Until then, bigger jails are the answer

Correct. We have a huge and very dangerous problem that is hampering the advancement of our society. Unless there is a dramatic course correction, our future is bleak, to say the least.

Thank you for posting the link. It was horrible and I feel worse for watching it, BUT it had to be done. Everyone needs to watch that video and then they need to get good and mad.
I’m so pissed off right now, you could light a match off my forehead. All of this was entirely preventable. All of it. 14 times before this sub human cesspool was arrested and released.
This was a targeted attack by a black man on a white woman. It was most definitely about race and those who think otherwise are fooks and should be insulted and shamed.
