I checked the Facebook group as well, but many users are saying they don't use FB.

A simple status page would be better.

I agree... I did a search yesterday and had a hard time to find the FB page... and then when I did, it didn’t do any good as it wouldn’t let me even look a ‘home page’.... and as much as I would have liked to know the status, I’m not joining FascistBook to do that.
