As someone working in women's health, Dr. Marcy Crouch thought she had seen it all - until she discovered a pair of pants from Target.
The physical therapist recently took to TikTok to slam the sweatpants after she noticed they had an unflattering design.
In the video, Dr. Crouch help up the light tan pants, which came from a collaboration between Champion and Target, explaining that her friend had purchased them from the girls' section of the chain.
The pants had a thick, elastic waistband with pleats at the front - including one right in the middle - with a slight flare at the bottom.
After trying the pants on, Dr. Crouch stood back from the camera and showed off the issue - the pleat in the middle stretched out in a strange way and looked like women's genitals.
'When I’m talking to you, this is what you see,' she said, before sharing a message to Target: 'Do better.'
She captioned the clip, 'Someone made the decision to make this, and then multiple people in multiple meetings approved it.'
Reviews on the Target website showed a similar problem, with many people sharing pictures showing the pleats sitting in a similar way to Dr. Crouch's.

I did. I typed in girls clothing and got 50 pages. I browsed the first 5, all normal pants, shirts, skirts, leggings, dresses. I was looking at them very critical, there was nothing out of the ordinary.
I think this was just a horrible design. Someone thought it was be novel fashion to do weird pleats on flared-end pants with a spandex-type material around the waist. It looks terrible.
