Any parent here in their right mind knows a child going out late on a Saturday night is going to get into mischief! A good parent says stay at home and watch a movie or play a video game. Or at least play in the yard. A good parent does not let them roam around that late at night.
Kids are going to do what they do. This kind of thing has been going on forever, even back when our culture was more ordered and sane.
