An 18-year-old Texas man who said he "wanted to commit a homicide for a long time" and followed through on that desire when he shot two of his friends, killing one, just days before Christmas, is headed to prison for a long time.
Connor Lynn Hilton was sentenced to 50 years behind bars after pleading guilty to the murder of 18-year-old Ethan Riley and the shooting of Benjamin Bliek on Dec. 23, 2023, in Galveston County. ... Back in my acne days I was on Accutane twice. The birth defects warnings were everywhere. I think you had to prove you weren't pregnant before they let you start taking it. Even my son had to sign something saying he wasn't pregnant when he started it.
It makes your skin and eyes very dry and the lips are constantly peeling and I personally didn't have any other side effects. It works very well.
Perfectly sensible defense. If the murderer of San Fran mayor Moscone and Harvey Milk can use the Twinkie Defense, why not the acne medication defense.

50 years? I had a working companion whose wife had a kinsman murdered. The murderer was given Life in an Arkansas prison farm.
She said she was glad he got life in a prison farm because it meant he would be picking cucumbers in the hot sun all day and getting b-—f-—ed all night.
It was not a defense, he pled guilty.
He will be going to TDC.
