Mack Brown is a very good coach, yet he was only able to get 6 wins for North Carolina last year.
Bill is going to have a tough time turning that program into a playoff contender. Perhaps he should appoint his 24 year old girlfriend as offensive coordinator, since she no doubt coordinates their relationship.
