Now that you have identified a correlation between a high % black population and crime, what do you want done with that information?
I suppose you shouldn’t ignore unpopular data but I can’t think of any skin color based actions or policies (that I willing to support) that can decrease violent crime.
The black population has become so feral--so garbage-y, for lack of a better term--in many parts of the country, that we may HAVE TO enact race based policies if we are to save the country from their lack of contributions, their crime, their destruction, their overall lowering of the quality of life in this country. Or at least MASS arrests, incarcerations, and permanent removal of offenders from society to put the fear of GOD to these people, and those on the fence about the issue. They need to be humbled. Instead the schmendrickgonifschmuckputzes in the media elevate them, politicians pander to them, and productive America lives in fear of (offending and being near) them. As of today, collectively, on the balance sheet of society, they are a 13% millstone drowning this country.
